The hotel was spacious with a great location so close to the Duomo and the fashion district, and business district. The staff were gorgeous and elegant and knew their area. There was a nice bar with exceptional service.

Although everything was wonderful, some of the staff were not very friendly.

The hotel is situated in a quiet location, away from the tourist area, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The elegant lobby and public spaces exude a classic Italian charm. The rooms are impeccably maintained and the beds are very comfortable. Additionally, the food served in the hotel is exceptional, offering a delightful dining experience.

The shower arrangements in the bathrooms are not convenient. The showers are located in the bathtub, which has high sides and no handrails.

One particular moment stands out in my mind - I mentioned my favorite dessert, the "Zuppa inglese," to the concierge, and to my surprise, they arranged for it to be brought to me at the hotel. Had a wonderful time ringing in the New Year at a luxurious hotel. The complimentary champagne and hors d'oeuvres were a delightful surprise. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the major attractions. Bonus points for the stunning view of the city from our room. The cozy fireplace in the lobby was a great place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

The bathroom design is flawed, with only a washing tub and no walk-in shower area. The lack of curtains or partitions leads to water flowing all over the bathroom, creating a messy situation, especially with children.

Luxurious amenities at this hotel fully catered to my needs. the spa and wellness center offered exceptional massage services, and the sauna was an exquisite addition. the beauty treatments provided in the treatment room were top-notch, and the spa lounge provided the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. In addition, the bar/lounge area served delicious snacks and drinks.

Although the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, the service at the restaurant was somewhat slow. Continental breakfast was fantastic, yet it took quite a while to get my coffee.
